<sub-title>Series 1 Ep 5</sub-title>
<desc>On a Poldark-grey morning, with the sea crashing against the rocks at Stepper Point, Rick goes fishing with young university student Harry Gilbey. Harry lives only to fish, so has a tendency to neglect his studies. But unusually for a fishing fanatic, he never eats the stuff. Rick is determined to convert him. So when Harry catches a bass, Rick grills it with a vanilla sauce. It smells divine, but will Harry succumb? Rick takes his family on the beach at low tide to put out long lines, something he has done since he was a child. The idea is to bait up lots of hooks and leave them to the incoming tide. With any luck, there should be lots of fish to be gathered up in the morning when the tide recedes. One of Britain's most popular fish is plaice, which Rick cooks in a special sauce, made with red wine, leeks and parma ham.The sound of his son's band, practising noisily in the background, inspires Rick to name the sauce after them - Pablo.</desc>
